Lead Technical Content Developer

Caringo is looking for a Lead Technical Content Developer to be solely responsible for development and maintenance of world-class technical, training and support content in multiple mediums and formats for multiple Caringo products. This role will work closely with development, quality, support, product management and marketing groups to develop clear, accurate and relevant technical materials in print, online via a Drupal-based partner site and in audiovisual training presentations. Applicants must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be willing to submit a short writing sample on a technical topic. Willingness to be hands-on with each product is key in order to ensure accuracy over time as each product evolves. Ability to discern relevant topics from support threads and engineering discussions and proactively repackage them for broader consumption is critical.

Storage industry experience is a strong plus. Docbooks, Camtasia, and Drupal experience are beneficial but not required. This position reports to the Director of Product Management.
